Erythritol Nut

Erythritol – the ideal sweetener. Its glycemic index is zero – it does not increase glucose and insulin levels.

1 g of erythritol has only 0.2 to 0.4 kcal, while the same amount of regular sugar has as much as 4 kcal.

In nature, we find erythritol in pollen, fruits (such as pears), cap mushrooms and seafood, among others.

Its sweetness is 60-70% that of white sugar (sucrose).
