Seasoning for KIMCHI Peanut

In winter, when there is not much choice of fresh vegetables, the answer to supplementing vitamins in the daily diet may be kimchi – a traditional Korean dish consisting of fermented or pickled vegetables based on Chinese cabbage (pak choy) or Chinese cabbage, with the addition of chili peppers to give it a pungent flavor.

“Seasoning for Kimchi” is a spice mix that will make it much easier to prepare this dish on your own, served as a stand-alone meal or as a side dish to various dishes.

Ingredients (in varying proportions): chili, garlic, onion, carrot, ginger.

Storage: in a dry and cool place.
