Vital Fiber is a natural mixture of plantain seeds and psyllium husk, which is a highly concentrated source of dietary fiber.
Vital fiber can be added to drinks, salads, soups, and sauces.

Ingredients: psyllium seed 80%, psyllium husk 20%.

Usage: put 3 teaspoons into 200 ml of lukewarm water, wait 5 minutes until the seeds are covered with mucus, mix and drink. It is recommended to drink about 2 liters of water per day.
