Candied Ginger Orzeszek

Candied Ginger is made of ginger root cubes preserved in a sweet syrup. As a result, candied ginger retains its properties much longer than raw ginger. The sweetness combined with the spicy taste gives unique result, thanks to which candied ginger can add variety to many dishes. It is perfect as a ready-made, quick addition to pastries, warm drinks, compotes or preserves, always at hand.
