Cashew Nuts are the fruit of the nut tree called West Nanchurch, which grows in South America, and is also grown in India, Vietnam, and the Ivory Coast. Before reaching the store shelves and consumer tables, they must undergo a complex process to be edible. In addition to the delicate, sweet taste, they have many valuable properties, being a source of magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and fiber.

They can be eaten as a standalone snack as well as be added to various dishes, you can also – make with them a spread or a vegetable drink.
