Millet Flakes, like groats, are made of millet grains. Therefore, they have the similar nutritional properties. They provide B group vitamins: B6 (pyridoxine) and copper. They can be used for quick breakfast or eaten even without cooking. They are characterized by a crisp, neutral taste.

Millet flakes can be an excellent replacement for classic oatmeal. They will also work well as an addition to cookies or other desserts.
