Rapeseed Nectar Honey Orzeszek

Rapeseed nectar honey is one of the most popular honeys obtained from rapeseed during its flowering period. It is characterized by a very mild flavor and a light cream color. Rapeseed honey, like most light nectars – due to the high glucose content – very quickly turns from the pouring mash into a crystal barley. It is an easily digestible product, therefore it is especially recommended for people burdened with great physical exertion. It is used as an additive to sweeten tea, as a sweet snack.

Crystallization is its natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality and properties of the product.
