Dried Apricots Orzeszek

Dried Apricots are very sweet, juicy fruits. Apricots were known in China already before 4 thousand years, today they are grown in many countries, including Poland. The drying process, however, began in North America, specifically in sunny California. Dried apricots are a rich source of vitamin E, potassium, and fiber.
They can be a great, energetic snack in-between meal or a healthy addition to everyday breakfasts, such as oatmeal, muesli, and cereals. They also go well with dry dishes as an addition to meats or salads.
