Oat flakes Orzeszek

Oat flakes are made from seed oats by crushing whole oat grains. Being a source of many nutrients valuable for health, they are the basis of a traditional, nutritious breakfast. They contain large amounts of protein and are a source of manganese and phosphorus. Usually, milk or yoghurt are added to them after pre-cooking.
