Bulgur Groats Orzeszek

Bulgur Groats is a type of groats made from whole grains of the wheat variety – durum (hard wheat, pasta). Bulgur groats were appreciated in the Middle East over 4,000 years ago. It has a high fiber content and is a valuable source of magnesium.
This grit has a very distinctive flavor and perfectly absorbs the aroma of vegetables, sauces and spices added to it. It is usually served with onions, mushrooms, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, and meat.
