Dried Tomatoes Orzeszek

Dried Tomatoes came to Poland from Italy. They are ripe tomatoes that lost most of their water content when dried in the sun. First of all, they contain lycopene which, thanks to thermal treatment, becomes better absorbed.
Dried tomatoes, with its very rich flavor, are an excellent addition not only to Italian dishes, but also to many other meals, salads and sauces, enriching their taste and aroma.

Fat 0.4 g, including saturated fatty acids 0 g;
Carbohydrates 58 g, including sugars 38 g;
Fiber 12 g;
Protein 8.6 g;
Salt 5.2 g.

Ingredients: halves of tomatoes 88%, salt 12%.

Store in a dry and cool place.
