Ground Flexseed Orzeszek

Ground Flaxseed is the grain of common flax, in a ground, ready-to-eat form. These precious, oily seeds, known and cultivated in antiquity, today are included in the so-called superfoods.
In a convenient, ground form, flaxseed can be used as an addition to dishes (muesli, yoghurt, sauce, soup, baking bread or oatmeal cookies) or poured with water and drunk directly.
